Belle Lifestyle Homes became a reality after Julian pursued his dream in November 2015, to start his own building company after being in the industry for over 10 years. During his 10 years in the industry, he noticed that clients were often choosing between a limited number of pre-designed homes and that those homes did not include things like alfresco areas or full height tiles. So, Julian opened Belle Lifestyle Homes and put together a team of client focused professionals who will work with you to ensure you are involved in the creation of your dream home. Our process

The first step in building your dream home is arranging an obligation free meeting with Julian. During this meeting, you will discuss your land, concepts, inspiration what you want your home to look and feel like. When you’re ready to go ahead, our team will guide you through the selections process. Once we have your wish list, our team will work out a formal tender and you will visit our very talented architect to discuss all things design.

Once you have signed your contracts, you will meet with our team who will assist you in making your new home your own. This includes your choice of exterior and interior materials, fixtures, fittings and colours and many other aspects of your home. With our extensive range of materials and colours from our suppliers, we are certain you will be able to choose details that reflect your style. We also ensure our experts are available for one on one meetings to discuss every aspect of your build. We then submit all plans and documents to the Local Council or Certifier, so the hardest part for you now is to work out whether the grey lounge or white lounge will go in the living room!
